We get to consciously cultivate and say who we be when we tend in.

We call our being system our inSPIRIT.

Welcome to the world withIN.

We invite you in, withIN.

We invite you to pause, meet yourself and build and tend a relation with each of the parts of yourself; cultivating yourself.

A tended relationship with IN gives grounded, lift and rEach and a type of connected fulfillment that you get to have with you always.
inBODY:
in your body. connected and conscious with your human body and all of it's systems. leaning in to the feel, movement, communication the body has. building a somatic intelligence. the body has a lot to say and it communicates in many ways. pain, discomfort, sensory, overwhelm, tension, dis.ease, enjoy, relief, relax, movement, flexibility, flow, ease.
learn YOUR body. listen to your body. make time for your body. nourish your body. build relation with your body and inBODY. befriend your body. be a partner with your body. (Your body is your vessel you are partnered with for life. Although it has much capacity to regenerate itself, this is your one and only body in this lifetime)

​inMIND:
in your mind. connected and conscious, the driver and operator of your thinking systems. you have an elaborate mind with multiple systems working simultaneously that can contrast, discern, sort, bring context, make connections, learn, develop, adapt, innovate and create. you get to get highly related to your thinking system, build a relationship with your mind, know it's cues, be a friend and have it's back so it can have yours. you can dis.cover what limiting beliefs and traps your mind may loop in and an inMIND can learn when this is happening. you also get to bring good health to your thinking system and tend your environments and mind with spaciousness, inquiry, and some great mental breaks (that mind really likes to go!). your mind has the ability to sort and process quickly through so much data. you can consciously lean in to mind sets and lenses that bring conscious thought to all that sorting and discerning of data and utilize your mind for the tool it is. You get to lean in and consciously create your learning, understanding for the purposes and intentions you consciously bring. 

​ine.motion:
in your e.motion. your emotion system is an incredible intrinsic guidance system, always letting you know if you are in alignment or not. It is your barometer with lots of great information you can utilize (when in) to learn, grow and fulfill ourselves. energy in motion giving you status reports ongoingly. this can be quite helpful seeing much of your systems are automatic and goes unnoticed. emotions are your red light, yellow light, green light to your body and mind and is a great safe guard system. emotions let you know your likes, your dislikes, your preferences, your wants, what is important to you, what matters, your blocks. your emotions are also a barometer of your body and mind systems being in good health. your ine.motion, consciously aware and observing e.motion, leaning in, feeling in, can be your greatest friend to accomplishing all that is important to you with ease and enjoyment. You can feel your way in and through, getting the messages and communication from  your e.motion and then utilizing that information to adjust course, implement new actions, backtrack and learn something missed, release something no longer serving you and clean up your systems. (And an emotional intelligence you get to gain from tending ine.motion, brings a solid foundation for relationship building with fellow humans all while ine.motion tends inBODY and inMIND)

​inSPIRIT:
in the spirit of ~ (blank, it is your creation). your spirit system or being system. this is the heart of it all. this is where you can harness any way of being and soar. here you are only limited by your own limits in imagination and creativity. when your body, mind and e.motion systems are tended, your capacity to generate spirit and be a vessel, a body, a mindset to embody spirit, your experience becomes yours. you at any time can harness a way of being to come from and interact with, know yourself as through it's lens. this system allows you to try various new to you lenses on and dis.cover what reaches of your human being potential are really possible. with an inSPIRIT system, new ideas get born, life can be rich and meaningful, joyous and yours. And tending inSPIRIT brings a deep reverent love like nothing else that you get to be infused with ongoingly, inSPIRIT.

​inCONSCIOUSCREATION:
in consciousness, with conscious creation. when your body, mind, e.motion, and spirit systems are in, you unlock yourself in a way that is ever expansive and is the fulfillment of human being. an aware, conscious, observant, responsible human being tending yourself inLIFE, inTHISMOMENT, inRIGHTNOW, including all of yourself, meeting life with you as your consciousness. Hello LIFE! From here, you hold the reins of your life. What is your life for? What will you do with this canvas to create or field to seed and harvest. inCONSCIOUSCREATION you are aware of the fleetingness of this moment AND the expansiveness of it all. Here you get to percolate, play, create, express, consciously output, imprint, impact, consciously transmutate life.
