Szara Lyn is on her journey getting bare. She has been on this ongoing quest of what does it mean to be human, what is this life all about? This quest has been quite the adventure! And still is!!!
Szara is a mumma of 5 boys (her most important piece of her life!). She has dealt with infidelity, divorce, single parenthood and remarriage. She has suffered depression, anxiety, chronic pain and PTSD. She has thought many positive thoughts and smiled through a sh@t load of pain... and it didn't freaking help! All that smiling and trying just exasperated it all more. She has compared herself, judged herself and beat herself up a LOT. She has been a pile of mush laying on a cold tiled kitchen floor not sure if she can get up again. And she did. Again and again as needed, as we humans do. (and Szara LOVES being a tad dramatic!) And through it all she has been discovering the light (HINT... herself); she has been discovering the what is this all about for REAL!
