The Life Line series is created to be a support for a regulated feel great state. If you are experiencing dysregulation, distress, low states, this series provides some tools and conversations to lift and support your whole self. This is not meant to replace professional services and advice. If you are experiencing physical, mental or emotional distress or suffering please reach out to your local support lines and centers. You matter and deserve to feel good and have relief. See our local BC, Canada supports below.
