What you do here in Bare Witness classes and programs:
You BE real, right now in this moment. Really, how are you feeling? What do you really think? How are things really going? Stop sugar coating and happy face stickering! Experience yourself fully right now, all of it; the good, the bad and the ‘ugly’ (you’d be surprised how beautiful ‘ugly’ is and how great it feels!)

You BE with it. Honour it. BARE it! Real and Raw. And right then, in that moment you Bare…. you WITNESS. You witness your Whole Self. You witness All of your Humanity. You witness Life. In witnessing, you dis.cover. You dis.cover all that you are and all that you aren't and hold on 'cause here in this dis.covering, your whole world alters. WOW!
