Life is full. It is pretty busy out there. I get it.
There is a lot that requires your attention.
You ARE trying to take time to enjoy your life
and it seems like there is just a heck lot of other stuff too that needs to be done, handled and taken care of.
You are working hard to have that balance… but seriously balance??
Balance just seems to have you working harder to try to fit more and more in.
[ ] Your health is important; gotta eat your greens, drink your smoothie, and move that body.
[ ] Your job is important; you need to be reliable, on top of new up and coming information in your field, move upwards, meet those deadlines.
[ ] Your house; well it would be nice to be your sanctuary, an expression of you, but even just clean, that would be nice.
[ ] All those people in your life; family, friends, coworkers, kids and partner; they are so important to you; to be with, support, and love
[ ] AND can’t you have some time to yourself too... ahhh "Calgon take me away!"
Ready to go back to bed yet? And then of course there is still [ ] money, [ ] travel, [ ] education, [ ] your creativity and [ ] hobbies and more that is important to you.
All with a smile and joy? Really?

How can you really have "it all", this ‘Life you Love’, without dropping the ball everywhere or driving yourself to breakdown?
Well firstly, Let's STOP this race and chase to "have it all" and actually look at what is really important to YOU. NO shoulds, have tos, in order tos... Really YOU over there, what is important to YOU?
Secondly, it is NOT all with a smile and joy. It is NOT all rainbows and unicorns. It can sometimes be with a sh#t and a f@#k. (at least that can be my way!) Come on we are REAL people with REAL lives. Life right NOW is real and raw.
Thirdly, this ‘Life you Love’ isn’t that life to go out and get. It is not that shiny picture perfect distant future out there just out of reach. It is available not someday but NOW. That 'Life you Love' is alive RIGHT NOW waiting for you to LOVE it!
I’ll give away the key right here and right now to you as I don’t want you to wait another second.
